1. Information We Collect
- An initial inquiry collects the inquiry type, name, email address, and message.
- Only after explicit consent, travelers may optionally share timing, party details, pace, preferences or exclusions, and mobility or bathing considerations. We do not ask for medical records.
- Additional information necessary for an agreed service is collected after its purpose is explained.
2. Purposes of Use
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare consultations, propose and provide agreed services, communicate about them, meet legal obligations, and prevent misuse. Another purpose will be explained in advance and consent obtained where required.
3. Form Processing
When configured, the browser sends the inquiry to AWS Lambda in the Tokyo region and Amazon SES creates the notification and confirmation emails. The form system does not store submissions in its own database, but content may remain in Company and sender mailboxes. Without an endpoint, the user’s email application opens and its provider’s terms apply.
4. Processors and Disclosure
Processing may be entrusted only as necessary for cloud processing, email delivery, or an agreed service. We do not disclose personal data without consent except where required by law.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The current website implements no advertising cookies or analytics scripts. If this changes, this policy and any required explanation or consent mechanism will be updated.
6. Security and Your Rights
The Company applies appropriate access controls. You may request access, correction, suspension, or deletion under applicable law, including review of information remaining in email, subject to legal obligations.
